Terms of Service

By creating an account or using IdeaPict, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. IdeaPict relies on Base44 as an underlying technology platform. Certain aspects of the service may also be subject to Base44's applicable terms and policies.

IdeaPict is operated by KidsCare, a sole proprietorship based in Washington State, United States. In these Terms, "IdeaPict," "we," and "us" refer to KidsCare.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use IdeaPict. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are able to enter into these terms. IdeaPict is intended for founders, entrepreneurs, and individuals developing ventures, businesses, organizations, or projects.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it current.

You can sign in using email and password, Google, or Apple. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for any consequences of unauthorized access. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@ideapict.com or through the Support page in the app.

You agree not to misuse IdeaPict or use it for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes. You will not attempt to disrupt the service, access data you are not authorized to access, introduce malware, or use the service to harm others. You will not enter content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is harmful or abusive.

IdeaPict includes safety screening to help prevent misuse. We may restrict or refuse features that do not pass safety review, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

You own your ideas, venture information, documents, and any content you create or upload to IdeaPict. Using IdeaPict does not transfer ownership of your venture, your intellectual property, or your content to IdeaPict.

You grant IdeaPict and the Base44 platform permission to process the information you provide solely to provide the features you request — such as generating plans, finding funding possibilities, creating documents, and providing coaching. This permission is limited to operating and delivering the service to you.

You are responsible for protecting any intellectual property rights in your content. If your venture involves protectable ideas or trade secrets, consider what you share before entering it.

IdeaPict uses AI to help you plan. Plans, funding guidance, documents, coaching suggestions, and other outputs are decision-support tools, not guarantees of any business, funding, legal, regulatory, tax, investment, or commercial outcome.

Results depend on your idea, choices, market conditions, funding availability, and execution. AI can make mistakes, reflect uncertainty, or rely on incomplete information. You are responsible for validating assumptions, verifying information, and obtaining professional advice — legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or otherwise — where appropriate.

IdeaPict does not submit applications on your behalf. Funding opportunities and other listings should be verified with the official source before you act on them.

IdeaPict offers both one-time purchases and monthly subscriptions. One-time purchases (such as the Master Plan, Funding Pathway, Document Studio, and the Complete Bundle) provide access to the purchased feature for as long as the feature remains available and your account is active. We do not guarantee that any feature will be available indefinitely, and we may update, change, or retire features over time. Monthly subscriptions (such as Coaching + Tracking) provide access for as long as the subscription is active.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can view and manage your purchases in the Billing section of the app. Prices are shown in USD at the time of purchase.

Cancellation. You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then does not renew. Your one-time purchases remain accessible even after a subscription ends — your plans, documents, and history are not removed when a subscription is cancelled.

Refunds. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and our then-current practices. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@ideapict.com or through the Support page in the app. Subscription cancellations do not automatically generate a refund for the current period unless required by law.

Promotional pricing. From time to time, promotional prices or codes may be available. Promotional terms are shown at the time of purchase and are subject to change.

We may suspend or terminate your access to IdeaPict if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, or where required to protect the service or other users.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. When you delete your account, your owned venture data — including ventures, plans, documents, coaching history, actions, funding reports, and related records — is deleted, and any active subscription is cancelled. Limited records may be retained after deletion where required for audit, legal, financial, or technical reasons, or by third parties outside IdeaPict, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep IdeaPict available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical problems, or events outside our control. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

IdeaPict is a planning and decision-support tool provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, KidsCare (operating as IdeaPict) is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

Because AI-generated outputs are decision-support and not guarantees, you rely on them at your own risk. You are responsible for your business decisions and for obtaining professional advice where appropriate.

Base44, the platform IdeaPict runs on, is a separate service governed by its own terms and policies. Any liability of Base44 arising from your use of the platform is determined solely by Base44's terms, not by these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and last-updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of IdeaPict after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
